Strength Specific Seminars was created in 2011 by former competitive crossfitter and nationally ranked Olympic weightlifter Bill Bybee. 

Whether you are a novice lifter still getting a feel for a barbell, or a competitive athlete trying to find your way to the podium, These seminars are designed to take your training to the next level.
